FAQ
What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is a race that can be run anywhere. Participants can run or walk the race distance

How does a virtual race work?
Simply register for one of our virtual runs, complete the distance anytime and anywhere you desire (even on a treadmill!) during the designated race dates, and upload your finish time to our website. That’s all there is to it! You can do it anywhere you want during the designated race period, even indoors on a treadmill

How far will I be running?
The run distances will be determined by the organization in which you are supporting. Don’t let the distance stop you from participating. The nice thing about virtual runs and rides is that it’s at our own pace.

What if I can’t complete my run during the race period?
It okay life happens. At the end of the race period, we ship medals to everyone who registered but never uploaded their results, so if you don’t complete your run by then, you’ll still get your medal. Feel free to upload your results when you DO complete your run, and we’ll still add your picture to our galleries of Finisher Photos.

How do I track my distance and time my run?
One way that your run can be tracked is by running with a GPS watch. If you don’t have a watch it’s okay there are also several free smartphone apps available for iPhones and Android phones that you can use.
